What’s it all about?

I’m Kelly Ryan, the person behind Third Ground. I’m an operations enthusiast (yes, we exist!) and proud generalist, with over 15 years of experience working in the third sector, higher education, independent research organisations and the private sector.

I bring a wealth of diverse experience to the table on my mission to help every purpose-led organisation, no matter its size, to have strong operational foundations that support big impact.

My journey has been a quest to find meaning in what I do, and Third Ground is the natural evolution of that. I collaborate with purpose-led organisations in the hope that together we’ll leave the world in a better state than we found it.

This means that values are really important to me, and I work with clients who align with those values.
